The Brief
Transform two vacant tenancies into a singular pharmacy space, adhering to the aesthetic principles of Bloom's The Chemist Style Guide.
The Solution
- Strategically demolished the inter-tenancy wall, seamlessly merging two separate spaces into the new pharmacy's expansive layout.
- Executed a shop fit-out, encompassing an array of enhancements such as signage, brick cladding, aluminum door and glazing, painting, ceilings, stud walls, electrical and plumbing work, CCTV and alarm systems, fire safety measures, flooring upgrades, as well as the meticulous installation of cabinetry, floor bays, and wall bays.
The Results
4 weeks to complete the project whilst completing Blooms the Chemist Galleria at the same time.
