The Solution
- Demolished the existing pharmacy space, encompassing the removal of flooring, gondolas, wall bays, signage, store front glazing, and counters.
- Developed an entirely new pharmacy layout and strategically installed new partition walls to create a dedicated consultation room.
- Meticulously designed functional workspaces, inclusive of new FMEs and counters, facilitating optimal customer service and medication preparation.
- Elevated the entire store's aesthetic and functionality by introducing fresh flooring, gondolas, and wall bays throughout the entirety of the premises.
